Multi-Layer Flexible PCB is a high-precision flexible circuit solution built with advanced polyimide (PI) substrates and multi-layer lamination technology, delivering exceptional mechanical flexibility and electrical reliability for compact, dynamic electronic systems. By integrating 4 to 12+ conductive layers with precision blind/buried vias and controlled impedance routing, it achieves high-density interconnection while maintaining stable performance under repeated bending, twisting, and thermal cycling.
Manufactured with fine-line etching (down to 2/2mil), laser drilling, and automated optical inspection (AOI), this PCB ensures tight dimensional tolerances, low signal loss, and minimal crosstalk. Its multi-layer structure supports separate signal, power, and ground planes, enhancing electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and noise suppression. Compliant with IPC-6013 Class Ⅱ/Ⅲ standards, it offers long-term durability in harsh environments, making it ideal for automotive sensors, medical wearables, aerospace control modules, and foldable consumer electronics.
