Multi-Layer Flexible PCB is a high-performance flexible circuit solution that integrates multiple conductive layers with flexible insulating substrates (typically polyimide PI), combining the bendability, foldability, and space-saving benefits of flex PCBs with the high-density routing capability of multi-layer designs. By using precision blind/buried vias and sequential lamination technology, it achieves reliable interlayer connections while maintaining excellent mechanical flexibility and electrical stability.
This PCB supports controlled impedance routing, low signal loss, and effective electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression, making it ideal for high-speed and high-frequency signal transmission. The multi-layer structure allows separate signal, power, and ground planes, optimizing signal integrity and reducing crosstalk. With resistance to repeated bending, thermal cycling, and harsh environments, and compliance with IPC-6013 Class Ⅱ/Ⅲ standards, it delivers long-term reliability for applications requiring compact installation and dynamic form factors.
