Multi-Layer Flexible PCB is an advanced flexible circuit board integrating multiple conductive layers with flexible insulating substrates, combining the bendability, foldability, and space-saving advantages of flexible PCBs with the high-density integration capability of multi-layer designs. Constructed with premium flexible materials such as polyimide (PI) or polyester (PET), it features reliable interlayer connections via blind/buried vias or through vias, enabling complex circuit layouts while maintaining excellent mechanical flexibility and electrical stability.
This PCB type supports precise impedance control, low signal loss, and effective electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression, making it suitable for high-speed and high-frequency signal transmission. The multi-layer structure allows for separate routing of signal, power, and ground layers, optimizing signal integrity and reducing crosstalk.
