Power Amplifier PCB

Featuring optimized ground plane design, controlled impedance transmission lines (50Ω/75Ω), and short, direct signal paths, this PCB reduces parasitic inductance and capacitance, suppressing signal reflection and harmonic distortion. The robust copper thickness (1–3oz or heavier) and thermally conductive substrates enhance power dissipation, enabling stable operation at high output power levels (from watts to kilowatts). Compliant with IPC-6012 Class Ⅲ standards, it delivers reliable performance in base stations, radar systems, and wireless communication equipment.
